The websites and code generated through the platform belong to you. You may use, modify, and distribute them without restriction, including commercially.
The WebGenAI platform, including its AI systems, interface, and underlying code, is proprietary to WebGenAI. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you in our platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase.
We offer free trials on paid plans. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
WebGenAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebGenAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
